Home Visits - $75-$195
I will visit you prenatally or after your baby’s arrival, providing compassionate support in the comfort of your own home so you and your baby can flourish together.
90 minute initial in-home visit $195*

$30 per additional 15 minutes**
60 minute follow-up in-home visit $125*

90 minute in person 1:1 prenatal education $125
*If you have twins, an additional $75 will be applied and I will manually add 30 minutes to the appointment time.
**Appointments are scheduled for a set duration. If additional time is needed beyond your scheduled visit, sessions will be billed in 15-minute. I will always check in with you before extending your session.
Messaging Support (2 Weeks) - $55
For families who prefer flexible, ongoing support without a full visit, secure messaging may be a great fit.
This service provides confidential messaging access for two weeks, allowing you to ask questions, share updates, and receive guidance in real time.
Includes:
14 days of secure messaging $55
Responses during business hours weekdays and weekends
Best for:
Quick questions between milestones
Pumping or bottle-feeding adjustments
Reassurance without needing a full visit

This service is best for non-urgent concerns
If more in-depth support is needed, a visit may be recommended
Messaging support is already included for two weeks following any in-home, virtual or follow-up visit.
Flange Fitting Consultation — $125
Proper flange sizing can make a significant difference in comfort, milk output, and overall pumping efficiency.
This in-home consultation is designed to assess your individual anatomy and pumping setup to find the best fit for you.
Includes:
Assessment of current flange size and fit
Trial of multiple flange sizes and styles
Guidance on pump settings and technique
Personalized recommendations for optimal comfort and output
I am FITs Certified through Babies in Common and bring a variety of flange sizes and shapes to your appointment to ensure the best possible fit.
This service is ideal for:
Pain with pumping
Nipple damage or discomfort
Low or inconsistent milk output
Uncertainty about correct flange size.
Virtual Consults - $115
Flexible, accessible support from the comfort of your own space, so you can flourish no matter where you are.
60 minute virtual consult $115

Group Prenatal Classes - $50-$75
Prenatal education to help you and your baby flourish and prepare for a confident, successful first latch. Taught only at scheduled times during the month.
120 minute in person group class $75

Join our free breastfeeding and chestfeeding support group at Columbia Birth Center.
Welcoming, judgment-free space open to all families, whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or just curious about what’s normal.

I will provide you with a superbill suitable for you to submit to your insurance. The superbill (which will also serve as a payment receipt) will be coded appropriately to the level of service provided during the visit. You will also be provided with a payment receipt to use when submitting to insurance. You agree to pay me at the time of the visit (cash, check, credit card, Venmo, PayPal or HSA/FSA).

At this time I do not offer services through insurance, but am hoping to offer in the near future. A superbill will be provided for services for you to submit to your insurance.

I respect your time and if you are unable to make your scheduled visit, please cancel within 24 hours. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full visit price.

Appointments are scheduled for a set duration to ensure dedicated, focused care for each family. This allows time for a thorough assessment, hands-on support, and personalized guidance.
If additional time is needed beyond your scheduled appointment, we can absolutely continue your session.
If a visit extends beyond the scheduled time, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $30 per increment.
I will always check in with you before extending your session so you can make an informed decision about continuing care in the moment.

Appointments involving twins or multiples require additional time to ensure each baby receives a thorough and individualized assessment.
A 30-minute extension and $75 fee will be added to the base visit to allow for this additional level of care.

Flourish & Flow Lactation offers in-home consultations within a 20-mile radius at no additional charge.
For visits beyond this area, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile applies. Please reach out if you’re unsure whether your address is within the included service area. I’m happy to confirm before booking
